Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange. To start a return, email us at hello@meowameowa.com with your order number and we'll walk you through the next steps. 

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shippig.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please take clear photos of the packaging and the item from multiple angles and email them to hello@meowameowa.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
